What is your email address?

Our primary email addresses are:

[email protected] – buying or selling appliances - please provide website listing numbers for sales inquiries. Send us photos of your appliances inside and out in good working condition less than five years old no parts missing that you are trying to sell, along with the location of the appliances with a stair count if applicable. We will then send you an offer, with pickup included.

[email protected] – please provide your name, address, phone number and make/model of machine that you need serviced, along with a description of the problem. Our 90 day warranty covers all fees during that time frame.

What does appliance service/repair cost?

We can provide service to our customers who have appliances in need of repair. $80 diagnostic fee applies (40 Mile Radius)

You will be provided with a separate written estimate repair fee after your appliance has been diagnosed.

If an appliance repair requires two technicians to complete repair please provide information so we can provide the proper help. This is common with stacked washers and dryers. Sorry, but we do not service built-in appliances due to liability and the risk of damage to structures. Please call the store to set up your appointment.

What are your Delivery/ Installation/ Haul-Away Labor Fees?

DELIVERY FEES: $80 WITHIN A MAXIMUM 40 MILE RADIUS                                                 

(GROUND FLOOR NO STAIRS) 

INSTALLATION FEES:

  • $20 PER APPLIANCE PARTS AND LABOR AS NEEDED
  • $80 LABOR FEE FOR ALL INSTALLATIONS BETWEEN 6-20 STEPS                           
  • (NO INSTALLATIONS OVER 20 STEPS NO EXCEPTIONS)
  • $80 FOR THE INSTALLATION OF STACKED WASHER/DRYER OR LAUNDRY CENTER
  • $40 LABOR FEE FOR FRIDGE DOOR REMOVAL & REASSEMBLY (2 DOOR )
  • $60 LABOR FEE FOR FRIDGE DOOR REMOVAL & REASSEMBLY  (3 DOOR)
  • $80 LABOR FEE FOR FRIDGE DOOR REMOVAL & REASSEMBLY (4 DOOR)

ADDITIONAL POLICIES:                                       

  • NO INSTALLATION ON BUILT-IN APPLIANCES, INCLUDES: DISHWASHERS, MICROHOODS, WALL OVENS, COOK-TOPS.
  • (FREE HAUL AWAY OF OLD APPLIANCES WITH PAID DELIVERY)
  • CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MEASURING ALL DOORWAYS AND PATHWAYS FOR APPLIANCE INSTALLATION. WALK THE PATH OUR INSTALLERS WILL TAKE TO GET YOUR APPLIANCES IN PLACE AND BE AWARE OF ANY COMPLICATIONS
  • IF FOR ANY REASON THE APPLIANCE DOES NOT FIT, OR CUSTOMER IS NOT PRESENT DURING DELIVERY WINDOW, CLIENT WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RE-DELIVERY FEES

What is your Warranty policy?

All of our used appliances carry a 90 day warranty, covering all parts and labor. If you have a service issue, you can call us or send an email (listed above) and we will get you scheduled as soon as possible.

All of our new appliances carry the manufacturer's warranty, you must register your appliances with the manufacturer to obtain any warranty service from the factory.  Extended service plans are available, please inquire at the time of purchase.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, check, Zelle, debit cards, credit cards, or financing options are available through Snap.

All credit and or debit cards will be charged a 3.5% processing fee at the time of purchase.
